That law needs to abolished ASAP! The guy I saw being interviewed should be in jail. A 1 week paid trip for you and your friends for a 4 hour lecture. These people should be brought up on charges.

Wow caught red handed maybe those minorties got a point about always being harrased and targeted by the police. Its hard enough earning a descent living and this only adds to ones burden. More Proof!!!! I remember I went to go vote. On my way back to college station I was stoped by a state trooper on highway 6 claimedmy tint was on my car was too dark. Prior to that I had my tint for over 4 years and never got stopped by the college station or the Fort Worth police department. I ended up having to pay a 200 dollar fine and as a college student already barely making it. It was a tough pill to swallow. I figure he was mad because Obama won the election. Thats life I guess you take the good with the Bad.

Yeah, this is certainly nowhere near Dallas, but it's a complete outrage nonetheless! It's bad enough with all the usual criminals out there, and now we have these crooked cops and public officials robbing innocent folks at every turn. This is truly an insane law that must be changed.

The way counties are set up with commissioners, sheriff and DA is conducive to these things and other corruption.

got the same thing basically going on in East TX around Tenaha where the cops are stopping (usually people of color) and using the drug-related excuse to impound their money, cars, jewelry---

that should be classified as a hate crime and get them prosecuted under federal law vs just state law...

Redneck, uneducated, stupid, inexperienced, bullied-in-high school wannabees. Unfortunately for rural parts of the state, the talent pool is less then desireable and they have to take what they can get, hence, cops like these imbeciles
