Im moving to Dallas from Arkansas next week and have a question about Car Inspection...My car windshield wiper tank has a leak in it so I dont have any wiper fluid in the car..Will it pass state inspection or will I need to get this fixed?

I think you will be okay...I took my mom's car to be inspected Tuesday, and I only noticed the guy checking the horn, turned on the lights and walked around the car, then did the emissions check...

They may check the wipers themselves but they will not check them for fluid.

You need wipers, but technically, no windshield.

You'll be fine w/the leak. The only leaks that will fail it are power steering or brake system leaks.

Yep, Grainraiser is got it. They'll check the wipers to make sure they'll do the job when it rains. You don't have to make the rain, just wipe it off.
