This is the Realtor's intellectual property. I know just to maintain my license I need to pay 1,000 bucks a year to have access to this info...

To be honest, a better route than FSBO is to go with one of those 'Ipayone.com' deals. They will provide this to you and throw your home on the MLS. For 1%. No realtors will show your house, but folks looking at Realtor.com will see it. I actually heard these guys may be going under....that always happens to these types of outfits in a down market.

Even better to go with one of the companies that will give you an MLS listing for a flat fee (I know of one that is $325). You don't get any realtor support, but you get the same listing as everyone else that is paying the 3% (or 1%) to a seller's agent.

Yes I have seen the flat fee mls listing and may try that. i will list it locally and see what happens and go from there.
