I don't want to offend anyone, but Cupcake, you are making my fur stick up.
People are moving from California to Texas because it is cheaper here. Okay, that is true. We were not stupid enough to overprice and overtax everything here. It makes me laugh when I watch the HGTV shows about people buying homes in CA. If you are dumb enough to pay that much money for a home, you have bigger problems than I do.
Dallas is not perfect, but I would choose it over CA and so many other places (especially Houston,) anyday. At least we are not home-poor here.

Cupcake needs to antagonize people on this forum. That's the only meaning anyone can derive from anything she says.

Such as?

I'm talking about in real life, not on some internet forum.

Jerry Jones & Dale Hansen are two of the most egotistical people in Dallas, its no wonder their personalities collide.

With good reason to.

We have 3 of the top 10 largest cities in the country, two of which are significantly important to this country economically & globally (though one is more so)

If it ever came down to it, Texas could survive on its own, but the rest of the US surviving without Texas it could not.
