This builder builds new homes in the Rockwell area. Is anyone familiar with this builder? Pro's ? Con's?
Thanks

I am personally not familiar with this builder but have work with other new builders that are in the Rockwall area. What are you looking for in your new home?

He's a small builder that builds in remote parts of Rockwall, Forney, Fate and Royse City.

Whatever neighborhood you are looking at his homes, you need to knock on doors of occupied homes and speak directly to the homeowners and you'll get the right answer.

Robbie Hale somehow purchased lots in our neighborhood of custom homes (Shamrock Ridge). WE (residents) are NOT in favor of him building here. The homes lack the same quality, look cheap and out of place and are being sold for at least $100K or more than what many of the custom quality homes in this phase sold for. We have voiced our concerns at HOA meetings with no avail. I am calling the developer of this neighborhood tomorrow.
