Hey mom, it wasn't me. I actually thought it was funny myself.

i like the white roads, the asphalt is quieter I think and feels smoother when new but I like the white. I still have to fly back and get my Harley and ride it here, I'm curious how the cement roads will feel.
I think this place is the best place on the planet overall

The only problem I have is that where you have an asphalt road with a concrete curb, there's a contrast. With concrete roads with concrete curbs, it kinda blends in and makes it more difficult to see where a curb starts when turning on to another road. I wish they'd use a little reflective yellow paint on the ends

For me...honestly, I don't care where you come from...that isn't an excuse to endanger other drivers. I'm sorry if Im being a ninny about it, it just really is one of the things that scares the heck out of me.

As an example, I was turning onto a busy FM and very quickly excellerated to 60mph as that is the limit (I have my 3yr old in the back) and there was no one in my rear view mirror after I turned and accelerated, then this HUGE truck barrels down out of me from no where and he is going 90...starts tailgaiting me until he can pass me. And this was an old MAN!

This was when I thought it would be great to have a camera phone so I could take his license plate number and call in a erratic driver.

Yeah. I sometimes wish I was an undercover cop. I'd easily make my quota for bad driving....

lol I've felt the same way girl!! Coming from California I thought driving out here would be a breeze.......WRONG!! In Cali you almost know what someones going to do before they do it....there's a "rhythm" Here in Texas it's anything goes. People definately do not like to merge out here. And I'm not saying they are all native Texans either .....but I guess the bad drivers from WHEREVER just ended up here!! lol

Someone told me recently that in Texas they don't make the kids take a driving test anymore...just the written? Is this true? If so .....I think that should be changed!!
