Can anyone suggest some good places to go to see real good fireworks?

Victory Park by the AA Center should be having an event again this year. Here's info from the one last year: Pegasus News | www.pegasusnews.com | Dallas / Fort Worth

I'm glad you are asking the question. Fireworks and other cool things to do or places to bring in the New Year. I'll be coming in from Oklahoma.

There are places with celebratory gunfire. Does this count?

We usually do some fireworks here at the house. Not much though Don't want to get caught

I'd go with Victory Park/Plaza. There is a Stars game that night as well so you can go down for the pre-game festivities, see the game then come out for the concert and fireworks.

momof2,
Thanks for the info, that sounds like a great idea! The Stars game is at 7pm and is over around 10pm. Do they start doing the fireworks at midnight or before? Im just wondering if there will be anything to do for those 2 hours before the fireworks.
