Hello everyone! We are a family of soon to be 5 and relocating in the summer from CA. Tired of it here, too expensive. We lived in McKinney last year but had to come back here. I am familiar with some of the suburbs of Dallas but not all. Any thoughts on Carrollton? Diversity, things to do, general price for a 3bdrm/2bth apartment, house, or townhome? Richardson so far is top on the list but interested in other areas as well.
