Well I outrank you by many years (no 'off-and-on') and I beg to differ!

I have been here for 47 years and have seen Oak Cliff rise, fall and began to rise again.

Yeah, Oak Cliff is rising again, for sure. I think it's a huge investment opportunity.

Much like a pigeon flying over a plaza dropping pigeon s**t all over everyone, you continue to pop up on this thread with nothing to offer but crap. If you don't have anything constructive to add to the conversation, then you are just making a nuisance of yourself. Surely you can find a better way to vent your frustrations.

Of course, from the early days of the city until about 15-20 years ago, much of Uptown was considered "ghetto," a place "reputable" citizens of the day dare not venture. But those who saw the "investment opportunity" then are doing quite well today.

OC is one of the best parts of Dallas with just the right amount of crime to keep it a great place to live for those who appreciate its character and like it for what it is. For those who are iffy and feel just a little scared by it—please, by all means, continue to fear it and stay out.

LOL. It's definitely not the right place to live for the Stepford crowd. And that's a good thing.
