The roads are fine. Tomorrow morning might be a different story if the snow melts and it freezes.

The overpasses here in Denton Co. are starting to coat. If traffic continues to "groove", it could build up.

Damn, I hit a beautiful drive right down the middle of hole #1 and now I can't find my golf ball...

It is beautiful outside!!! Freshly fallen snow is wonderful...too bad it then turns into a nasty slushy mess. And those snowflakes ARE huge! And I don't think it's supposed to let up anytime soon...guess we are stuck at my mom's for a while (hubby is at home sick with the flu...so the kids & I got the heck out of Dodge for a couple of days!)

I've been out today and so far so good. Tomorrow will be another story though as it's supposed to get well below freezing tonight.

It nice and snowy outside still. I am going ahead and working from home today, to avoid any sort of problem in the roads

News said 5-7 inches in DFW today.....that it should get worse this afternoon/evening. I'm sure once we drop below freezing the roads will be pretty bad, but as far as now it just looks like slush. I'm waiting on my school to close because our parking garage ramps are ridiculously steep.

I noticed they updated the advisory around 8:00 this morning to the 5-7" you mentioned. Our parking lot here in Lewisville is turning white - it's not just the grass now...
