Hi all,

Does anyone know Appliance warehouses where i can get the Washer and Dryer sets with small scratches or dents in and around Dallas for lesser price than the market? I don't want to take a risk buying in criagslist.

You could also try Habitat for Humanity - they have two stores: Dallas-Habitat.org: Outlet Store (http://dallas-habitat.org/outlet/index.php - broken link)
You never know what you'll find there, though.

In addition to these good suggestions, there is Sears Scratch and Dent located off of either Marsh or Midway in Addison that I've used before or recommended. Also, Home Depot's prices online are very hard to beat and are somtimes even better then the dented stuff.

Rodenbaugh's in Allen has a scratch and dent section that is pretty good.

Capital Appliance off of Stemmons often has miscellaneous items.

Walt's Appliance in Grand Prairie was a place I went to years ago and they had a whole room full of scratch and dent. In fact this place used to be in the Underground Shopper book. You might want to call them ahead to see if they still do that.

Costco usually has pretty good prices but the selection is extremely limited. Still, it's worth a look..
