You haven't tried many burgers then...

As far as best chain fast food burger sure its up there.

I'd definitely eat it over McDonalds or Burger King any day.

I spotted the Coit/635 location today while going from EB 635 to NB 75 on the high five and I still think it's a really stupid location for it.

It looks done to me, though. Looks like it could open any second. But if In n Out's first-ever failure is going to be in DFW, it's going to be that location.

I dunno...that Jack in The Box just south of there has been there for as long as I can remember.

Guess we'll just have to wait & see.

Get your head checked or use some common sense one or the other.

Houston & Austin would be gold mines for In N Out if the success of their Dallas stores are any indicator. I'm sure there would even be a place for an In N Out in San Antonio.
The 'fantasy' i was referring to was your point that DFW is a 'test market'. Its 'fantasy' to think this is a test market for them. In n Out has committed enormous resources to start an operation here. Its much more than a 'test market'. They've made a heavy investment here... so big, they plan to stay and expand.

There is no need to make personal smears with comments like 'get your head checked'. Its why i have a tough time interacting with you and I guess Im not the only one. Youre so intent on personally attacking me that I think maybe you dont even realize it was your first ever, comment in support of In n Out. Or maybe its proof the slammers are eventually converted to cheerleaders.

Ummm... NO.

According to written reports, the beef is coming from a cattle rancher in the panhandle. The 70,000 square foot processing/distribution facility is in northwest Dallas.

Taking my pit-bull for a three mile run, then later, In n Out on 75 for lunch. Burning the calories forward.

I was thinking the same about that location. Seems like a challenge to get to it. On the other hand, the parking at Caruth/75 is a nightmare but they've been very busy each time I go there.

Its interesting to think about the string of locations in close proximity to each other: Caruth/75, Coit/635 then continue west to Midway/635 and then MacArthur/Royal which is between 114/161. Four stores in a 17 mile corridor seems ambitious given the huge numbers they draw but perhaps makes sense with the population density and proximity to major travel routes.

It will be interesting to see the effect MacArthur/Royal has on the Five Guys across the street and Smash Burger a block away.
