I will be moving to Dallas June 1st. My office will be in Grand Prairie. I will be without my wife and kids for a month. I will try to find a house to rent during that time. I'm looking for a nice furnished place for a month. Maybe a little studio with kitchenette. Any ideas???

Hotels like the Budget Suites or The Homestead have weekly rates and kitchenettes.

Wife and I stayed at one of those Extended Stay Suites places for a week once and it was completely livable. Simple and functional. Fridge, cooktop, cabinets, dishes in the cupboard, etc.

It was about 3 yrs ago but yeah I think it's the Extended Stay America folks. There are a few different brands under that umbrella that you can see on the website:
Extended Stay America – hotel rooms with kitchens for nightly, weekly, and monthly stays

If I was staying somewhere for more than a few days I'd definitely use them
