Looking at Woodbridge, among others..Noticing that the tax rate on some homes is REALLY high, over $10k on homes that are $360k. Then others not as much. Not sure why that is, maybe someone has some input here.

The tax rate in Wylie in Collin county and Wylie ISD is the highest in collin county at 2.81. There is a very small part that is in Dallas county and is outside the city limits and the tax rate is drastically lower at 1.81. Lastly, there is a part of Wylie that is in Rockwall county/ISD and the tax rate there is 2.74
