Hi,

A new job is taking us to the Cinci-Dayton area and I could use some advice on new developments and builders. I'll be working in West Chester and my wife is getting a job near Wright-Pat in Dayton. We are thinking of building and would like a development that has lots around an acre. We are both accustomed to commuting 30-40 minutes. Any advice on a quality builder or developments that fit these requirements for around $300K would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
