The planning seems to be pretty good.

^Thanks for the update! Very good news, can't wait to see it operating! The location is killer though, I can see it becoming the most successful brewpub just from that alone.

Does anybody know anything about this?:

Community garden may be buried under development.

Garden Station is definitely in the pro column in my decision making process to come back to Dayton. I can only guess that it would be easier for a developer to just start with a vacant grass lot to build their own structure as they sit fit rather than take control of a building, probably demolish it, and then build new. It just doesn't seem right that they would need to steam roll one of the few places in the city with a pulse when so much of the city is dead

Yep, there's a thread about it here haha:

Thanks for the update! I'll re-post it there to bring the old conversation back up... lots of interesting discussion in there, in particular from individuals who volunteered at Garden Station. I started the thread without a position on the issue, but came out of it pro-Garden Station. I hope they can stay.

^Very cool!

A lot of good things appear to be happening in downtown Springfield, I was getting scared for a while after that hospital was constructed.

I have always liked the Kuhns Building. At least from the outside.
