For those inquiring about the Turks, a lot of them are moving to the St. Anne's Hill/Huffman Historic District area since there is a building that they plan to convert to a mosque somewhere in that vicinity. There are also a lot of Turkish/Armenian/other Turkic nationality people who go to and work at Wright State now.

The last couple houses to sell in my parents neighborhood were Turkish or Armenian. My parents live in Eastern Hills.

So it sounds like a possible transitional neighborhood which hasn't quite transitioned yet. I'm okay with a little grit and don't scare too easy, but at this point in my life have lived in enough hoods with drug houses and stick-up kids on corners.

There's a chance the transitioning may not be what you are thinking. There's a historic section to Old North Dayton, and the history business throughout Dayton is rather up in the air.
