So proud of my hometown Flyers.

I nearly delivered a baby at home during the 1967 Championship game against UCLA. Barely made it to Hospital during halftime.

Problem is who do I root for if Ky and UD wind up in the final game

My college roommate's daughter - a sophomore at UD - said the ghetto celebrations last night were wilder than usual, even by UD standards. She said a lot of non-students were there looking for trouble, and she was hit by a couple of firecrackers.

I work in UK country, and a lot of my co-workers were cheering for UD. When they won last night, everybody was cheering. I've already told them if it comes down to UD versus UK, I'm decorating my desk red and blue.

I wore my Flyer hoodie today and enjoyed the many thumbs up I got..One of them told me the thumbs up was actually for my courage

Today the excitement here reminds me of 6 year olds waiting for Santa on Christmas eve. Two grandsons live with me. They will be in seperate rooms watching the game

Still can't believe how the "Students" were acting.

Rocking the WDTN van, throwing beer bottles at the police and reporters(Liza Danver 22/45 was hit by at least one bottle). This is our future?

I braved the monsoons to cheer on the Flyers with fellow UD alums in Philadelphia. Pretty wild crowd for a bunch of old folks, LOL.

The outcome isn't what we wanted but - other than blips against St. Joe's - the end of the season and the tournament were fun to watch. Flyer ProUD!

Guess I should change my status now. Baseball season starts Monday - It's Tribe Time!

It was a great run, and they impressed the country. Should be an entertaining season again next year.
