Interesting idea, I like it (keep Hara + build fairgrounds around it on current golf course), will be interesting to see what ends up happening:

Again, I kinda doubt it will be this idea, but I also think it would be very beneficial if it did happen.

I still think something weird happened before. They want at least $15 million now when Miller-Vallentine offered more than that the first time.
