Agreed. I'd worry about asbestos, lead and termites. I'd worry even more about shoddy foundation-construction (personal experience). The issue with radon seems to be.. excessive. I wouldn't outright call it a scam, but it boggles the intuition, to give the matter the height of priority, that it lately seems to be enjoying.

Well, I want it fixed. I already had the inspections for the other items and the house was fine.

Does anybody know what happened here? I was curious b/c I have family near Dayton & wanted to know if she got her house. KA has posted for years, so this is strange.

Ive wondered the same. The posters on the retirement forum have also noticed her absence. I sent her a DM a while back but never got a response.
