Queenie was being fostered in a horse barn with @ 12-14 other dobermans so I think she's been catching up on lost deep-sleep here. She's so sweet and so gentle -- and soooo thin. She woke me up this morning with a single whine to let me know she needed to go out. She had to have been an inside dog at some time in her life -- and someone had to have cared about her then. I try not to think about the past lives of my rescue dogs but I cant help wondering what happened that they ended up discarded and (in the case of my last rescue, who was saved by the Humane Society when he was being used as pit bull bait) mistreated.
I am glad that the vet didn't feel any broken bones........ She sounds like a good dog......
I didnt understand what Gandalara meant when she said she was underneath her desk. I just listened to the news and heard about the earthquake tremors. I dont understand how they can be aftershocks from the Easter earthquake but that's what ABC is saying. How frightening!
I didn't know there were earthquake tremors in CA either! I work for a newspaper and don't even know what is going on in the world half the time.
21....yeah, well.....I guess that is a good indication that I have nothing better to do with my life but post.
Speaking of posting, let me see if there are any freebies out there today.
LOL @ Wurzig. I reread it wondering if I really DID post that. I'm known to post some odd stuff.
