Glad to hear it!

The storm moved through here a lot faster than predicted -- so we got a nice watering but no flooding. No power outages (whew). A tornado did touch down on the other side of town but no real serious damage.

I am glad you guys are okay and still have roofs over your houses.... I haven't seen any news for days.....when you are in a drought the earth dries out so much and then it can't absorb tons of rain all at once because the ground is so hard and crusty, plus much of it is clay...... Flooding can be so devastating..... Do you have any snakes trying to get into the pool, Keta?

Snot? You two have ruined bath gel for me FOREVER! I used it every day........

Congrats on getting hired, msev......paychecks are good....

Yesterday I did yard work around here (it was chilly and breezy but clear), we rode bikes, we took the dog for a walk around the lake...... I did more work around here, fixed dinner, took a shower and a sleeping pill and went to bed..........and now, it's 4:30 and I've been awake for over an hour....... I wonder if the brain still functions when you are in a coma.....because mine never rests during regular sleep and it wakes me up after a few hours.....my physical body is tired but my brain isn't..

I pulled a muscle inbetween my neck and shoulder and it's getting stiff.......either working out or doing yard work.........

My most recent haircut is not growing out very nicely this time...(however the color she put in has stayed better than most......it was Loreal, but it was an oil....had never heard of this before)......stickie outies put me in such a bad mood....

Has anybody ever been to Niagra Falls?

Don't even bring up swim suites. Ugh. I have got to find one soon. Nothing fancy, I have always worn a t shirt over it. Cant take the sun on my shoulders even with sun screen. But it's just so exhausting to try them on. Kills my shoulder. I REFUSE to get one with a skirt!!! Please.... never let me eat those words....
