(Tail chalking is so they can find cows who are marked for medical/breeding/moving purposes. My dad used this method...even though he only had cows so he could keep his land zoned as agricultural to save on taxes.)
LOL...just reading your speculations made me want to give this a try. We have a terrier...I can just imagine how happy he'll be when we try this on him for Halloween.
LOL! I used to dress my dobermans up in Playboy bunny ears and tail for Halloween. I always thought about painting white stripes on them and dressing them up as zebras. Maybe I'll see if Queenie will agree to that this year.
