E-Mealz is celebrating National Family Week, and they are offering a FREE menu plan. This menu plan includes a menu that feeds 4 to 6, with ideas including Susan's spaghetti casserole, simple salad, garlic bread, & blueberry crunch for dessert. The grocery list is priced at Walmart and is broken into categories for easier shopping.
