50 points (50.00 to 50.99 points) on Friday, August 31, 2012 as outlined below.

In order to be considered a winning outcome, the Dow must rise or fall by a measurement that falls exactly between 50.00 – 50.99 points (example – an increase or decrease of 49.99 points or 51.00 points would not be considered a winning outcome).
The official closing results on Friday, August 31, 2012 shall be used to determine the outcome.
In the event the Dow does not increase or decrease by 50 points as per the requirements outlined above, then the $50,000 Cash portion of the grand prize will not be awarded.
