This is about the only game I can actually play.

Just wanted to add that this ended up being a really great version with lots of variations.....
but it's only free for 30 days. The full version is $18.95. I'll enjoy the free version until it
is over.

There are a variety of free Majong type sites. I've never played on POGO because I'm not that good at any games.

I started playing POGO right after my stroke. It was good occupational therapy (in addition to my daily sessions). I didnt/dont play any team games because my brain was -- and still is -- too slow.

There are two games that I play: Mahjong Safari and Poppit. They're both one-person games and there arent time constraints.

I have a paid subscription but people can play for free. They just have to be willing to put up with ads.

I love Pogo. I'm a member, too, TFW. I play Mahjong Safari a lot. I love mahjong games. I was playing Trivia every day but now my computer won't let me go there. I need a new computer.

Safari is the only Mahjong game that I play. I tried Mahjong Garden, which reminds me of Mahjong Suite that Glory said she plays -- but I couldnt figure it out.

I love Mahjong Safari. It's great for helping me recognize shapes and colors.

And the first time I saw Poppit, I thought it was stupid -- but I tried it a second time (to earn a badge) and have gotten hooked on it. I especially like the fact that, if I find that I've screwed up, I can un-do everything I've done so far. You wouldnt believe (or maybe you would) how many times I've gotten down to the very last step and then un-done it all.

I've enjoyed the free version of what I downloaded. There is one tile choice which is famous locations around the world (pyramids, bridges, skylines, etc) which kept me busy yesterday. You can also make up your own tile graphs and such. Really nice options all around.

My daughter has a POGO membership. I could always play under her name, but I don't think I would want to play a game while socializing like she does. Can you just play without talking to anyone?

I never talk to anyone at POGO. I see people visiting occasionally but not much. Usually they're people who know each other in real life or from other internet sites.
