I didnt try for this because I'm not a pro. But I wanted to use this to thank you for posting about another photography magazine a couple of weeks back. I signed up for that magazine -- I'm seriously thinking about getting back into photography (after 40 years of being away from it). I dont think I thanked you a couple of weeks ago. So Thanks Bob!

Oh TFW, I get it and I'm not a pro. It's a lovely magazine with great tips and inspiration. What I don't need is the insurance they(?) peddle-look forward to when or if I do!

PPA, PSA--I get them confused

I started out with film as a kid. By the time I was in my early 20s I was spending way too much on getting the film developed, so I quit.

I learned to do my own B&W processing, but I let myself get intimidated, so that's the secondary reason for quitting lol.

Now with digital there are more photographers than ever. And it can still get pretty expensive, but at least some of those costs are unnecessary if you're not a pro.

So I'm back at it. I say go for it! I'm trying to find my own style. I love wildlife, but can't afford a big lens, so I have to go the creative opportunity route lol.

Thanks Bob for turning people onto this magazine.
