These Kindle threads have gotten up to more than 100 views each day - yet only a handful of people bothered to take a moment to pop in and acknowledge them. That selfishness always bugged me - but particularly when Bob was posting. He was unwell, but kept this forum alive with the many threads he added each day - and yet few bothered to ever take a few quick seconds to say thanks. I think that's one of the reasons Peachrose stopped contributing, thus making this a forum that's on its last legs.
I don't blame you, Mike. Not...one...bit. Thanks for providing the daily lists. We will miss them, but we also understand. Until today, I had no idea that so many people were viewing the List every day and not saying thanks. That's just rude.
I have purposely not been responding to them although I try to look every day and average 1-2 'purchases' a week. I assumed that there would be too much traffic if everyone responded on a regular basis.
