We are CHD patients and families working together to help others cope with CHD diagnoses and maintain appropriate care. Our goal is to provide comfort, support and guidance. We hope to help you become “CHD Wise” and we want you to know, you are not alone. A huge network of patients and families is right here for you and we want to help.
