maybe the water combined with the Tylenol sleep was a bit too much..

I think so. I tried taking Dream Water after taking Excedrin PM and couldnt function the next day. I'm so sorry you're having problems. I agree with Glory that it must be terrible not to be able to sleep.

So I have just taken a visit to the relationships forum and there is a post about someone being a manly woman and would a man go out with such a person. This person does not wear make up, etc. So here I am thinking omg! Am I manly woman?!?!? I hate make up, no frills kinda girl. So I am on the freak out.. omg do I look like a man? Omg omg.

Ok, so look at my profile pic that I just put on there and let me know. This is me every day average. If you see me at work, this is what you will see. Am I manly? (please say no,lol)

But if I am, it's ok to say yes and I will have to do an overhaul, lol

And hey y'all!

Pikantari, you're lovely. And most men prefer a woman who doesnt wear makeup. Dont listen to what some of those posters on the Relationships forum say. I wouldnt criticize any forum but that one has more than its share of how-can-I-put-it-delicately...well, I cant put it delicately:

Hey Pik,

You look very feminine. BTW, your hair looks great. I like the style. Good picture.

I think your beautiful!! I am a card carrying member of the no make anymore club. (I like to call it the natural look) How in the devil are you supposed to put on mascara with out your glasses? I'm betting the best I could do would be put it on the hairs in my noses!!!!!!!

Way back before corn came in a can I would spend a good 30 - 45 minutes on my make up and hair, these days I like the field hand look.

Have either of you guys had a sleep study done? Maybe you have sleep apnea ( sp?). I had mine a few years back and I hade it severly. Gave me a CPAP machine which I have stored in the back of the closet. It's like trying to sleep with Darth Vader laying on your face. I salute anyone that can use this magical device. I tried the Herpst) sp?) appliance for about a year and it was heaven. My second test came back mild but the thing started messing with my teeth so I had to give it up. Now it's Ambien with every night for me. Doesn't help the apnea but help me slept. The no sleep for a week then you pass out from exhaustion then sleep for an hour sucks. I feel for you guys.

Maybe you have sleep apnea

I've wondered about that. It seems as though all my Real-Life friends have been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea; I know at least a dozen people who wear CPAP machines every night. But I dont wake up tired, which is supposedly one of the signs of Sleep Apnea. My only problem is that I cant get to sleep if I'm all wound up about something. It's something that's come on in the past few years. I hate to attribute everything to my stroke but I dont recall having had this problem before then. I was always out before my head hit the pillow.
