Have you tried it with a different email address? I used two different addys and received the first order and confirmation on the second.

I couldn't get it to work either. I think it is over until they offer it again in a few months.

SunCoast, on these offers, they have a cut off date but it is always based on how many samples they have to give out. Usually they run out of samples well before the original cut off date they posted.
