Its that TIME again! If you have Tweezerman brand tweezers, you can send them in for free sharpening/cleaning. They will be just like new!
Our implements are guaranteed to perform and are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. We will repair or replace (at our option) the defective implement FREE.
We sharpen our implements which have become dull through normal use FREE for as long as the implement can be resharpened. No shipping and handling. No processing fees.
If the implement is damaged, we will repair it for $5 or at your option, or we will replace it with a new one for half its current suggested price. An invoice will be sent back to you with the repaired implement.
If the nipper springs break, we replace the springs at no charge.
It's funny, but my husband has been sharpening mine for the last year. I finally found a pair I love and when they became dull I refused to throw them out... we figured there was nothing to lose by trying so he got a metal file and sharpened them- viola, it worked and they are still going strong. He sharpens them for me every few months...
