Hello! I am officially becoming a Delawarean

I will be moving to Middletown community, if closing goes fine, in the beginning of September. The community seams to be ok, and i love the house, but i am somwhat concerned about the roads, and maintenance of the common green spaces. I know that part of the community is still building(townhouses by Anderson), but the builder(Beazer) of the single family is out of there....as far as I could tell. I know that usually the HOA pick up after a builder finishes, but I could not find any info on any association.

Any info? or where can i find out this....???? I tried the Web w/o success.

thanks!
Leanne

Leanne, Just go to Anderson's Model Home in Willow Grove Mill and ask the salesperson. They can answer your questions about the HOA. Good Luck to you!

I would be interested to know what they say. How is Anderson doing anyway? Are they selling townhouses there?

Southridge???Where is that?...as far as for Anderson selling townhouses....have no clue....we will be moving a the older side of the neighborhood...single family houses. So ....until the neighbourhood is totally finished, the builder is responsible for the roads? even the older phases? when I lived in CA, the builder got out once most of the houses were done, and kept only the last phase, until finish time. the HOA took care of the initial ,finished phases.

I am sure will find more info from my neighbors, once we move in
