My husband and I are looking to move to Millsboro (from SC) and we were lookig at some homes online. We found a home that we liked and we zoomed in on it and there are a bunch of little inlets with boats docked. Here's the link to what we were looking at, on Mapquest: MapQuest Maps - Driving Directions - Map. If you zoom in, all of those little white lines are boats. My question is, who owns those boat slips? Are they owned by the town? Any information would be so helpful. There seem to be too many of them to be owned by the individual homes.

Thank you!
