Many years ago, my wife and I wanted to rearrange the furniture in the house. The living room stuff was going to the basement, the desk in the basement was going to the second floor, and several other things. We called United Van Lines and they sent out two guys. They had a 2 hour minimum per man. They got done in 45 minutes. Our estimate for US to do it was that it was an all day job. Those guys knew what they were doing and did not bump into thins or anything.

I have to admit that there were several jobs that I considered "unskilled" - moving guys, tuckpointers, and drywallers - until I saw the masters at their work.

I really must agree that prof movers are amazing. They know their stuff. I had no idea you could hire them to just unload.
