Try "Bones" at the Harrington Casino, not cheap but THE best!
We go at lease once a month!
Bonz - Yes, definitely! That was mentioned in this thread 1/12/08 and it's still a winner! Hope they stay open, though. Not much business there.

Are they going to close it down?

We eat there for free all the time because we are "black diamond" players!

"Black Diamond" just means that we are bigger losers!

No, I never heard Bonz was closing.....it just seems like they don't have a lot of business. That would not be good if they closed! We love it! The chef comes out to our table sometimes to see if the food is o.k. We like that!

Same for us. We pay for no food anywhere in there, or shows, and frequent the Black Diamond Lounge often. Nice place to relax, and good snacks, along with Starbucks cappuccino!

Walt's Flavor Crisp Chicken needs to be mentioned here. It has by far the best fried chicken in the state. The only turnoff is the location, being in perhaps the worst neighborhood of Wilmington, but the Express location is much safer.

Bethany Blues off Rt1 between Rehoboth and Lewes. During the off season they have all you can eat BarBQ on Mondays. Baby Backs are good and service is excellent.

For steamed crabs - my favorite is Sambo's.

Kidding on the last... does anyone have any recommendations on a good authentic mexican restarant in the Newark area? Want to try something besides Border Cafe for a change.

Jeez, could you be any more insensitive? You've insulted janiceguazzo and others who like the restaurant as well as the "people around here" who "don't know any better".

There ARE valid opinions other than yours and all opinions should be respected!
I don't get offended that easy, but this guy is a tool.

Hey doctorjef - hope you aren't a real doctor and people get to put your review online.

The people don't know any better might not be any fault of their own but I tend to feel the same way about where I live now.

I am not FROM DE and no longer live there so maybe I never got to eat at that lovely establishment you mentioned. And even if I did, if you had look at a map perhaps you might have realized it wasn't really convenient to drive from Wilmington to Rehoboth for lunch on a Tuesday when you feel like having Mexican food for a coworkers birthday.
