Does anybody have an opinion on the Water's Edge condos in Newark? Those are the condos located in front of the Four Seasons neighborhood. There are several privately owned units renting from $900-$950. I don't necessarily need a luxury party, like the Christina Mill. I am just looking for a places that are safe and free of riff raff and sketchy occupants.

They are starting to get dated and are needing their maintenance. If you find a remodeled one at that price, that would be good.
I don't hear too much either way from there but I only pass by on the way to and from the interstate.

The apartments behind the Four Seasons plaza are filled with riff-raff and that 7-11 has had its share of crime.
If you have the time, sit in there on a non-rainy Saturday from 10a or so and see what is going on for a couple hours. Nothing like seeing 1st-hand what you are committing to for 6-12 months

I think you are referring to the Autumn Park apartments.

I would never want to live in Autumn Park after watching this video.
