Haha it is way too funny. It is a shame too, because I'd much rather buy a house in Delaware, from a financial point of view and lifestyle.

Likely true if you are coming into the area and know no one. My son and his wife were both born in Sussex County,They became sweet hearts in Middle School and are now married,Buying their own home and have given us two Sussex County born Grand Children.

There are a number of communities in Millsboro- Plantation Lakes being the largest of them and has a golf course (full disclosure I work for the builder of Plantation Lakes). Lots of activity in Lewes, which is about a 20 +/- minute commute.
