I ride my bike in there sometimes--seems to be a nice development. I haven't heard anything negative, if this helps. It's a safe area so no worries there.

We didn't look at these but did like the area. Do they have both a condo fee and HOA?

Thanks. I agree the community looks nice driving through. As far as I know their is only a HOA fee. I haven’t read in any of the threads yet of any significant issues with Ryan construction in Forest Landing. Is flooding any issue in the surrounding areas?
