Hi All,

Can anyone tell me the major differences between CC and HS. I am leaning towards CC. I just want some more advice. Thank you.

For me the biggest difference is that Heritage Shores is in a rather isolated location, not near a major town, and not near the ocean. However, I like the homes, the size of the development and the amenities.

Champions Club is close to Dover, but I have never visited it.

Major Difference: Heritage Shores has a serene, beautiful environment, and well built homes. We don't live in Heritage Shores, but frequent their Sugar Beet Market at least once/month. They also have a gorgeous, large, clubhouse. Sugar Beet has a band playing on Saturday evenings, between 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. mostly during the, Spring/Summer/Fall months, and we enjoy that. I'll try to add a link here. https://www.heritageshores.com/sugar-beet-market

Major Difference: Champions Club borders Dover Air Force Base's flight path. Whenever I'm working in there, planes fly over frequently, and very low. Most homeowners are aware of that and like it. Homes are well built, and they have a medium size clubhouse.
