70 year old retired male looking to move to Delaware in April 2020. Family in the midsection of Delaware. Looking for an apartment in a decent neighborhood. Budget about $1500. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

$1,500 will get you a nice apartment. Midsection could be Middletown, Smyrna, or Dover. Do you have a preference?
