Hey all. I recently purchased a property in Magnolia and have water issues. The old home owner is responsible for fixing this. He had planned to put a new well in as he currently has a well on the property that is not functioning correctly. I called today to check with the well drilling company on progress and was told they told him that a well cannot be drilled because County water is available. Of course, I find all this out right before I had to be to work and by the time I finished calls, I could not attempt to contact the County water division. Has anyone on here recently connected to the county supply ? I'm looking to see the ball park cost and that is one thing I couldn't not find on the town's site. Of course, I'm suppose to be out of my rental in 12 days and just now found this out. Was just looking to see if anyone has done this recently to try to find a ball park amount and how long it took for it to be completed after the request was put in. Thanks guys
