- Drive to Philadelphia International Airport ( < 70 Mins with traffic)
- Restaurants, Bars, Nightlife, Shopping within a drive ( < 15 Mins )
- High Density of People Age Range 20-40
- Safe, Clean, Nice Neighborhood

House Requirements
- Single Family Home
- Price of Homes in neighborhood 400k-700k
- No Communities
- 1/4 Acre +
- 2 Car Garage +

Fun Fact
- I don't care for NY or NJ

Any suggestions of areas that meet these criteria would be appreciated.

Middletown, Port Penn Road is about 40-50 miles from the airport. There are some properties listed with country non-development locations within your price range, and with larger 1-5 acre lots.

With the tight criteria you've posted, I think you should contact a Realtor. I'm not one of them.

Thanks for your reply. I am looking for some general areas and I will contact a Realtor from there.
