My husband and I recently relocated to Milos Haven by Lennar in Frankford, DE, and it has been an amazing decision! The proximity to Bethany Beach and Rehoboth Beach is unbeatable, making weekend getaways a breeze. What was initially intended as a second home quickly became our year-round residence, thanks to the wonderful community here. The schools are excellent, which is a huge plus for our family with two kids. The neighbors have been incredibly friendly, and as a biracial gay couple, we feel genuinely embraced by the community. If you're considering a move to Southern Delaware, I can't recommend Milos Haven highly enough! The homes are priced reasonably between $400k-$600k, making it accessible for various budgets.

I guess I would ask for you to define “a breeze”. Traffic feeding into RT1 is plenty busy during the summer and it has even taken me 30 min to go three miles driving away from the beaches. I am sure there is no problem with being a same sex couple in terms of acceptance as that seems to be a non issue here in De.
