Can someone please give me information about the St. Andrews townhouses in Bear Delaware? Are they safe, clean etc.

My wife and I took a tour of their apartments and townhomes over the fourth of july weekend. Naturally as a potential tenant they will put on their best face. Taking that into consideration everything looked very nice. Actually St. Andrews was the wifeys preferred location that we looked at. Since then I have been looking at some reviews online that paint the community in a less than favorable light.

Do not go there. The outside is nice but the people within are not. A lot of junk people from across the street come; many kids running wild; multiple families living in one townhouse, noisy, ect. Find something nicer. Go to Pike Creek....you'll pay more, but you will be around a higher class of people.

sorry, no experience about this area. BUT - I've always noticed, that it seems to be much desirable, to leave a bad review than leaving a good one.
wherever we go (motels, hotels, airlines) - lots of people seem to complain about small things, which we, been there in person later, never even noticed !
the positive we take for granted, about the negative we can't stop talking
I hope, you get more information from people who live there to make up your mind.
I second, that it's a good thing to check on users other postings to get an idea, where they are coming from.
