The owner of this forum (Administrator) creates forums as the traffic warrants. You can suggest it in About The Forum to bring it to his attention. I don't think there is enough traffic but he is the one who decides.

It might appear that there isn't enough traffic for a dental forum but perhaps that's because the threads right now are just so difficult to find. I gave up looking a while back and was just lead to this thread through a more recent Google search. I myself think a forum dedicated to dental would be great. Thanks for the info. on how to register that opinion with the powers that be.
