Nope. I used to sleep with my mouth open, and breathe through my mouth when I slept, because I have a deviated septum and can't breathe through my nose when my head is against a pillow (I'm a side and stomach sleeper). We worried about dry socket then, but I've been using breathe-right strips on my nose and it's taken care of the breathing problem completely and I don't have to worry about being a mouth-breather at night anymore

I HAVE EVOLVED!

Yes You Have

I had to do it the hard way, being an ex-smoker, and have the sinus micro-surgery performed. Wasn't too bad and the results are great. Quit smoking shortly afterwards, because Doc said next sinus surgery would not be pretty.
Celebrated 41 months on July 4th - my Independence Day from Nico-Demon.
I have been exorcised

Yankkegirl, I'm glad you're seeing the dentist about this. When wisdom teeth grow out sideways, they can push out and mess up the rest of the teeth. Whether they cause pain or not, it's always best to remove them as early as possible.

For me, the experience wasn't as bad. I was in my 30's when I had them removed. At the time, I was working at the dentist office 6 days a week and off 1 day. Because my presence was needed at work, the dentist scheduled to take out 2 wisdom teeth at a time. He took them out on Saturday, I had Sunday off to recuperate, and came back to work Monday morning as usual. Done it twice and survived both times .

As soon as the bleeding stopped, I started eating soft food. By Monday, I was eating solid food but not tough food like meat.

Of course, not everyone's case would be as easy as mine but you just never know.

Okay, I understand that it can cause a headache, but my question is - can it also be the reason of vertigo?
Cuz I've been having this recently (though it seems to be getting better now), and I also had a couple of wisdom teeth appeared that used to cut my cheek from inside sometimes, but now it's fine.

I'd suggest that you first visit an ear/yes/nose specialist. Normally, vertigo relates to the nerves in the ears area. Even if you're now feeling better, you may have an ear infection, or whatever the cause of vertigo, and may get worse later. If your vertigo is severe, it's best to have someone driving you.

2nd, visit your dentist and have those wisdom teeth check out even if they're not related to vertigo. You'd need to know the condition of those wisdom teeth sooner or later.
