I am quite the soda drinker. I have tried quiting several times, but seeings how water and chocolate milk are the only other beverages I like, I always seem to drink soda. Pepsi is usually the soda I'm drinking, but have recently decided that I want to go for a soda that is less harmful for my teeth. I know that 7up is a soda, which in turn makes it bad for me. But is it less harmful for your teeth than Pepsi is?
I recently read an article that said Mountain Dew and Sprite were actually worse for the teeth than Pepsi. The citric acid used to flavor the citrus sodas decayed teeth faster than the phosphoric acid in non citrus sodas. Pepsi contains both acids but I'm not sure how much citric acid a serving of Pepsi has compared to a 7up.
