He should absolutely win his lawsuit, he'll need the money to fix his teeth all over again, hopefully he gets a better dentist.

You need to re-read post #8.

It looks as if this kid did not keep appointments, moved a lot without letting the dentist know, and when they finally found him, they said he needed to come in and get his braces removed.

Wearing braces does not all by itself cause rotten teeth.
