Only if certain teeth are removed.

It depends on which teeth you have left. It's different for everyone.

Teeth will move just ask an orthodontist. I remember a story of a dentist that lost a tooth during some type of game. His other dentist friends whipped into action including putting a few braces on his teeth to make sure they didn't move .

I used Care Credit once, they are zero interest for a set amount of time and after that they charge about 26% interest. I felt like they were just waiting for me to be inattentive.

It's in the documentation you sign when you agree to their terms, before they ever lend you a single cent. It's no different from any other store credit card. Interest-free for "x" number of months, then they charge a ridiculously high interest rate. Check Macy's or Sear's or Neiman Marcus credit cards. The suck every cent you have, and claim your future income for years, 29 cents at a time.

But if you are suffering, and need relief that comes from dental work, you have to decide if it's worth it. You also have to decide if you think you stand a chance of paying it all back before the interest rates kick in. Pretty sure you get at least 6 months.

So instead of paying the entire amount up front at the end of the visit - you get six months to pay it off. For many people, that can make the difference between getting dental work, and not getting dental work.
